About

My name is Eric Mangin. I am not employed by Dr. Murdock. I’m just an avid listener and supporter of Church By Phone, and after praying how I could support this ministry more (and after becoming willing to commit to it), I decided to utilize my passion for taking notes.

I started a “read a Proverb a day” group in April 2012. We read the Proverb that coincides with that day (1-31), and then text whichever verses from that Chapter that “stick out”.

After asking in faith for God to give me wisdom (according to James 1:5), I came across Dr. Murdock on tv (I want to say it was a Daystar telethon from Fall 2012) and was immediately enthralled. His difference was distinct.

I’m sowing this work as a seed into Dr. Murdock’s ministry, specifically into the people following Church By Phone. I am so grateful for this ministry and for the “salt” of Dr. Murdock’s life that he shares with us.

Proverbs 4:7 (KJV)
“Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.”

Usually, if the text requires it, I’ll add a word in brackets “[ ]” to help transcribe the spoken to the written, etc. And, as of right now, all outbound links are purely for informational purposes (i.e. no affiliate links, though that may prayerfully change).

Please let me know if a link no longer works, or if you find a typo somewhere, or would like to see more or less of something.

Any help: be it WP tips, prayer, comments, encouragement–anything!–is greatly appreciated.

Thanks to all of you who’ve already begun following this site, and thank you very much for your “Likes”!

Thank you for being here and may God richly bless you as you grow in the wisdom and in knowledge of Him…!
